Refunds and Returns

At Carly Beddows Home, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process. Please read the following information to understand your rights and how to proceed with a return or refund.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

•Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

•You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•Custom or Personalized Products: Items that have been made to your specific requirements or personalized in any way.

•Used or Damaged Items: Any item that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

•Gift Cards: Gift vouchers or cards cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us

Email us at carly@carlybh.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your return request. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Pack and Ship

Once your return has been approved, securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return the items to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the faulty item at no cost to you and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Please note:

•Any original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.

•Refunds may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. If you wish to cancel, please notify us by email at carly@carlybeddowshome.co.uk. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item at your cost.
